The Panthers have great home crowds, but sometimes fans of other teams can be heard when a play goes their way. In 2007, Panthers fans countered by bringing cowbells to the arena to make sure they had a united sound that could be heard over opposing fans. The Panthers started to get behind the trend and played the famous “More Cowbell” sketch from Saturday Night Live to rile up the Florida faithful.
