YANDS’ SKILLED HANDS

Part of Keith Yandle’s 2019 All-Star Weekend included the Premier Passer skills competition. Yandle went up against seven of the League’s best skaters in an event that featured breakout passes, target passing and the dreaded mini nets. “Passing to guys like Barky [Alexsander Barkov] and Troch [Vincent Trocheck] . . . is a lot easier than putting it into a little net,” explained Yandle. We believe it! Even so, the Panthers defenseman came in an impressive fourth place.
