PUTTING A FACE TO THE NAME

Protecting the endangered Florida panther and its habitat is one of the four main pillars of the Florida Panthers Foundation. So in March 2019, the Foundation unveiled a new mural at the BB&T Center (now Amerant Bank Arena) for fans to learn more about the team’s namesake. The Panthers also host an annual Panthers Conservation Night to raise awareness about the special animal.
