The rats returned! Shelves at the BB&T Center gift shop burst with plastic rats during a November 2, 2017 game. NHL rules now prohibit fans from throwing rats (or any other objects) onto the ice during games, but that doesn’t mean the little rubber mascots can’t provide some good luck from the sidelines!
