Sam Reinhart put on a memorable performance in Game 3 of the 2024 Stanley Cup Final. With about a minute left to play in the first period, Reinhart opened the scoring with a great feed from Aleksander Barkov. He later assisted on Barkov’s game-winning goal to give the Panthers a 3-0 series lead. The Cats struggled in Games 4, 5 and 6, losing three in a row with Reinhart going scoreless. But his next goal was the biggest of his career: the Stanley Cup-clinching goal in Game 7. “It’s something you dream about,” said Reinhart of his history-making score. “To cap it off like this, obviously the toughest 12 days of our lives, honestly.”
