MOVING UP THE LADDER
Jonathan Huberdeau skated in his 614th career game on December 2, 2021, moving past Panthers legend Radek Dvorak for the second-most games played in franchise history. During the milestone contest, Huberdeau recorded three assists and helped Florida beat the Buffalo Sabres, 7-4. He would become the franchise leader for games played later that season.

NOT BAD FOR A ROOKIE
Just two years after Jonathan Huberdeau became the first Cat to win the Calder Memorial Trophy, Aaron Ekblad brought the honor back to South Florida. The defenseman had a season that any player would be proud of, leading the team in plus-minus (+12) and earning an impressive 39 points. Not bad for a rookie!
